"Rude and disrespectful staff at the reception,"

The staff during breakfast are very friendly and efficient.

The rudeness of the staff at the reception is unbelievable! I used to be a director of guest services for Disney cruise lines, and I received nothing but poor service! Your poor selection of staff at the reception is obvious! They need to be trained well prior to dealing with guests. Rude and abrupt!

Very clean & friendly staff. Great breakfast either way many options…eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, pancakes, bagels, freshly baked cinnamon baked cinnamon rolls, cereal & fruit.

Not having a tv listing of local stations. Guide on tv only has call letters does not show if it’s ABC, NBC FOX. Spent 1/2 hour finding these stations by googling call letters.
