J'ai aimé le personnel de l'hôtel, la réception surtout. Mary est une excellente professionnelle et traité bien les clients.

La location est un peu fermer sur le moderne, mais la disponibilité des taxis rend tout possible et accessible

"Hard to get grab location"

Room space is spacious and we are able to add 1 extra bed

The Housekeeping Staff - A ring was stolen and only after threatening staff return to me. I have to pay hefty postage fees as they claim I dropped it under the bed! How ridiculous as I kept it under a jewellery bag with care as it is an expensive jade ring. Very disappointing experience. The lobby was so pathetic; the picture provided were showing a wide driveway and that is absolutely misleading.

Location is convenient, walking distance to Yongqingfang, Shamian Island and shopping street. Guangzhou restaurant and TaoTaoJu few minutes from hotel. Helpful and friendly staffs - Bella, Eden. Much appreciated for removing the extra bed charges when 1 of my friends could not make it to the trip.
