"It was okay."

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The television would not shut off. It was on when we got into the room, which was weird, but we didn't really investigate until later. The remote wasn't working. No off button on the actual television. We were already in pajamas and didn't really want someone to come into our room, plus we had heard the front desk person say it was the maintenance worker's day off. We tried putting towels over it, but just ended up trying to sleep with the glare. I reported it to the staff in the morning before we left, so it would hopefully get fixed before the next guest, and they just scolded us for not calling them. Not even a hint of an apology. It wasn't great. We had very noisy neighbors with kids that woke us at 1am, 3am, and 5am. It sounded like they were in the room with us!

"Fine in the grand scheme of things, but underwhelming nonetheless."

The room was fine once I actually got into it. And for the most part, all of the staff that I interacted with were very nice and definitely interested in helping solve the problems we encountered.

For starters, it took three tries before I was actually able to get into a room. When I checked in, I was given directions to my room by the woman at the front desk and I went there (room 220). When I got up to the room with all of my belongings, it was apparently still being cleaned. I stood in the hallway outside the room, with my things, for 25 minutes. At that point, a maintenance gentleman exited the room and told me that he'd just finished steam cleaning the carpet in the room. That meant the floors were going to need several hours to dry. I went back down to the front desk with all of my bags and asked if they could rebook me in a room that was actually ready to have a guest. At that point, they put me in room 330. I took all of my bags back to the elevator and made my way to room 330. Among my bags was a small cooler with items that needed to be refrigerated. When I went to put them into the refrigerator, it turned out that the fridge was not working. At that point, I tried to call down to the front desk to ask for their help again. Except that the phone in room 330 wasn't working either. I left all of my bags in the room, took the elevator back down to the front desk, and explained the problems in the second room. They rebooked me again. This time on the first floor. I got my bags and made my way to room 112, finally able to unpack in a room that was ready for me to stay in it. This whole process, which should have taken 5 minutes, after I had driven 3 and a half hours to get there, took almost a full hour. There's no way that should be acceptable in your establishment, should it? In the end, the stay was fine, but quite frankly, it has dissuaded me from ever choosing to stay in a Comfort Inn property again. Oh, as a bonus, the pool that is advertised as being on property, was not open during my 3 days there and so was an unusable amenity.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. Good amount of parking and it felt safe to go to my car at night.

Walls seem pretty thin, I could hear conversations in the rooms next to me and above me

We didn't have breakfast because couldn't bring to our room.

The tub and shower felt dangerous. There no mat to the tub or anything to hold onto. It felt slippery.
