Comfort Inn & Suites Cedar City South

Breakfast was good but their coffee machine was broken. I have stayed many times over the last 5 plus years and have always enjoyed my stay even while they were doing the remodel work . The staff has always been friendly.

they just spent 2 years remodeling and it looks like the had some kids do the work their was paint on everything (hinges, tile plug covers ect). they had installed a jetted tub in a corner with no way to turn it on.

No one there at check out … would have preferred a receipt in person rather than gave to wait for email

Laundry facilities not working as expected. I had verified previous to check in. Also, hot tub not working as planned.

Our room was clean as was the bathroom. There were hangars to hang clothing up. Thank you for the amenities as well. The breakfast area was clean and fully stocked with a variety of tasty food items. The ladies in the kitchen area made sure tables were cleaned and that supplies were available to the travelers as well.

It would have been nice to have lighting over the beds. We were not able to read comfortably while in bed. We could see the lighting area over the beds, but we never found the switch to turn them on. There were small lights over the nightstand, but it wasn't easy for us to read by.

Worst ever

Pool was clean, Rooms were spacious. breakfast was good.

Paint looked like crap, AC didn't work when we got there. Also, when it finally started working never shut off. Parking was a pain, not enough spots for everyone. Our blankets had rips and tears in them, not very comfortable.

Easy access. Good waffles.

Staircase carpets dirty and never cleaned during our stay.. Room was under construction and unpainted. Holes in bathroom door. Bathroom was not cleaned prior to check in. Tv was not connected to cable. Bugs in bathroom.

The Ptac unit does not work on auto. The shower needs to be updated. The faucet is not attached to the shower wall; the shower head only has the hard spray / 3 stream option. The door to the room is off the hinges a little and does not close right. The TV was on full blast as if someone was in our room.

It was not a bad stay, it just would have been better if we felt safe after the door closed, if the shower could wash you and your hair and if we slept because of the loud heater :(
