Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown

I am disappointed in the facility's response to my request made fully a month before our stay. When I made the reservation I specifically requested a room facing North (away from the freeway). The facility confirmed that they received the request but when I went to check in there were no rooms available of the location I requested. The South facing rooms are very noisy because the building is extremely close to the heavily traveled road. Our room, despite being on the top floor was not quiet. :(

The size of the room was great the beds were soft and comfortable

Amazing! Staying here was one of the highlights of our visit to San Antonio! The people who are running the place are wonderful and the rooms are also wonderful!

Hotel was nice and clean, was happy that they allowed pets, room was clean and nice. The only problem is the breakfast and having to pay for it. First time I’ve had to do that.

Stayed here to be close to a friend during the stay. So easy to grab food or go shopping. Lots of parking.

Liked: room, lobby, etc. updated, clean, well done. Pool was very nice, perfext temperature. Disliked: hot tub by the pool was yellowish brownish and smelled bad too. Text interaction at first seemed cool, but then apprared to be automated when no follow-up came about the hit tub, ine of the main amenities we had hoped to use. "Free" breakfast should just be skipped. Items were $10-$17, paid $26 for 2 up front, tax and tip not included unless you just got the buffet which was underwhelming. There were different levels of breakfast depending on points etc., and no staff member could tell us whuch items were "free".

This property was recently renovated and they did an amazing job. ENVIRONMENT IS FRIENDLY AND SOPHISTICATED.

Stayed 6 nights in August 2025 on business. Hotel was clean and freshly decorated. Very close to highway - avoid rooms that face that way (colleagues had yo buy ear plugs it was that loud). Took 2 days and 3 visits to reception to get my sink fixed, no urgency at all. Room was large, bed was comfortable but air conditioning unit under window was very noisy, one of the loudest I've come across. Large smart tv. Plenty of parking, walking distance to malls. Breakfast was included in my room rate but was bland and very repetitive, should be showing lot better.
