Vlakbij strand

Ik begrijp eerlijk gezegd niet hoe dit hotel zichzelf een vijfsterrenhotel kan noemen. De service is op het niveau van een tweesterrenhotel. Bij de receptie verliep alles extreem traag. Ondanks dat mijn reservering via Booking.com al weken van tevoren duidelijk aangaf dat wij met twee personen een kamer met twee aparte bedden hadden geboekt, moest ik na een lange reis ruim 40 minuten wachten. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik ook nog een kamer met één groot tweepersoonsbed. Toen ik vanuit de kamer belde om dit te melden, werd mij gevraagd te wachten, maar er kwam helemaal niemand. Uiteindelijk moest ik zelf weer naar de receptie lopen. Er werd geen excuses aangeboden en er was totaal geen gevoel voor klantvriendelijkheid. Integendeel, het leek alsof ík degene was die een probleem veroorzaakte. In plaats van direct een andere kamer aan te bieden, moest ik zelfs wachten terwijl men de bedden in de kamer wilde aanpassen. Dat is onacceptabel. Het personeel aan de receptie begrijpt duidelijk niets van gastvrijheid of klantenservice. Ook de schoonmaak liet veel te wensen over. Er werden regelmatig geen schone handdoeken achtergelaten. Ik moest elke keer opnieuw vragen en aandringen om schone handdoeken te krijgen. Dit gebeurde niet één keer, maar gedurende alle vier de dagen van mijn verblijf. Ik heb zelden zo’n slecht georganiseerd hotel meegemaakt. Achteraf had ik veel liever in een kleinschalig of particulier verblijf gelogeerd. Dat was waarschijnlijk een veel betere ervaring geweest. Ik kan dit hotel absoluut niet aanbevelen.
