كانت إقامتي في الفندق ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والإطلالة رائعة، وطاقم العمل متعاون ومحترف ويحرص على راحة النزلاء. كما أن مرافق الفندق من مسبح ومطاعم وشاطئ كانت على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة. أشكر إدارة الفندق على حسن الضيافة والخدمة المميزة، وأوصي به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وهادئة في تونس.

its resort setup , good beach, pool etc

rooms are nothing like the hotel, feels like a hospital room not a hotel one and definitely not a resort one. the curtains are ripped apart. the fire alarm is right above the bed and keeps on flashing bright light at night. it even smells like an antiseptic. the check in is too chaotic, unorganized, staff is super slow. also some housekeeping knocked the door at like 6pm one day, and just directly unlocked and entered i dont understand why or how did she allow herself to just enter someone’s room without permission. there was also noise starting very early in the morning of what seemed to be someone reorganizing furniture. anyway, overall i did not like my stay
