"Nice place but disappointing overall"

Beautiful location

Check in was 4 and our room wasn’t ready until 5. Seemed to be conflict between front desk and cleaning staff. We got a free bottle of water for our wasted time. We had a restaurant reservation we almost missed because our room wasn’t ready

We visited the resort in the off season so we basically had the pool and facilities to ourselves. I could only imagine the place during peak ski season. Rooms were comfortable and staff helpful.

Beds and pillows we uncomfortable for some reason. We were put on the first floor so our patio overlooked the parking lot. A room at this cost should have a better view.

The hotel was beautiful!

It was peek season so many of the amenities were not available. Even though you had the choice of free parking and valet service the setup made it hard to make a choice…. Block off area or no signs to park elsewhere. I felt they nickeled and dimes for things. The price of stay was not cheap. I have stayed at other hotels that offered other amenities for no extra cost.

Maintenance was wonderful about fixing the door handle for us when we noticed it was broken. The staff was wonderful. The place was super clean and gorgeous view.

The places we wanted to go on were closed down for the season. It would be nice if it was a little more known or people traveling in. The bed was very rough..the head of the bed was tilted making it a little hard to sleep. We slept backwards.
