Ledgestone Suites Hotel Yakima

Large rooms, gym, great location!

I was currently without residence Ive lived in the valley my whole life, and after the passing of my mom, the home left to me was sold out from under us. Housing is nearly impossible to get especially on state assistance. Waiting for disability with a teenager and trying to find safe, clean places to be was and is so hard. Because of my own medical issues I can't work but I was gifted a week for any hotel I wanted and had made my reservation on line. To my misunderstanding I rented a room without a bathtub, when gifted the hotel I was so excited because I have muscle spasms and just wanted to soak in a tub like I use to at home. Anyone who knows me knows if my spasms act up if take take a long hot bath there is no need for medication shockingly that was all I needed. I headed to my room and realized it had a rolling shower, I was heart broken I hesitated because I didn't want to ask if they could change it, mainly because most hotels are rude and say it's not their mistake and I'd have to deal with it. But as bad as I was hurting it was worth the risk of gear NO! So I went down there moments later and I explained my mistake they instantly stopped me and said done. Just that easy no argument just like that they said go enjoy your bath. Anyplace else would have made a issue, especially if they know your financial status, trust me the attitude changes when you express you misfortune, regardless if it was against your will and are not like most displaced individuals. They treated me like any other customer and even checked if I needed anything when I'd pass through the lobby. I love the staff and that all that worked there treated my son and I with respect, I love the location and I wish I could rent a room like an apartment it's the perfect size and has all the amenities you need. They are helpful and everyone there was polite and very welcoming. I was sad to leave but id refer this place to anyone. Thank you Yakima Ledgestone.

Very clean, quiet, and the staff were amazing.

The pics on booking were a bit misleading. Pull out couches are only available in the queen single, not the double queen.

Rooms facing the freeway can be noisy

Our room was spotless and the staff were super helpful answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this hotel!

Housekeeping knocking on our room twice, starting at 10:00 am was a little annoying but our overall experience was excellent.
