Price and location

Cable was out for our 2 day stay. Found hairs on sheets - was pretty sure they had not been changed prior our stay. Also found goldfish crackers on floor right next to bed

Great location and the staff was amazing!

I expected better beds for such nice rooms but they could have been worse also so while they were not the best for comfort it was not a deal breaker for returning again in the future

I love the sweets and the spaciousness in the rooms.

It’s starting to look like it needs updating. The whole hotel did not have cable or TV is new enough to stream, so it was quite boring to try to chill in our hotel room. There were quite a few wads of hair on the floor in the bathroom, which was kind of gross, but everything else was great.
