The homeliness of the hotel made for a relaxing environment. There was a well equipped gym, free for residents and everything was clean, the breakfast was lovely.

my room phone didn't work the first night, so it was quite scary due to the distance from the reception. I also could not order room service. But this was first quickly.

Free small bottle of water in the room. Despite the long walk breakfast was ok.

Despite what they claim on Booking.com, this is NOT a hotel. The property consists of chalets they call a 'village'. The chalets are located about 0.5 kilometre away; which means you have to walk across a village, through an electric security gate, across a car park, down a small road, and across another car park to get to the reception and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. You also have to carry all your luggage when you check out. I booked an airport transfer, which they confirmed, however they couldn't be bothered/forgot to send a car, so I had to arrange my own transport. None of the taxi drivers at the airport knew the hotel and tried ripping me off. I informed the girl on reception about this, which she found highly amusing. There was not hot water in the room when I arrived, so had to have a cold shower. They did eventually get the water working. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast was enjoyable - could be varied with more advanced servery equipment Dinner service was fine with a varied menu- a little outdated The fish that Iwas recommended by the Maitre D was fresh and tasty

Rooms require a desk and chair to allow for business visitors to work from the room Perhaps a little bar fridge in the room could be added
