Dukes’ Palace – by Dukes’ Hotel Collection

Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Bruges. When we were checked in by the very friendly staff we were told we had been upgraded to a garden view room. The view was lovely and the perfect place to see stunning sunsets from (we were very lucky with the weather!). We sampled drinks at the hotel bar and food at the restaurant during our stay, both of which were good. The staff were all efficient and friendly.

Visited a number of hotels on this vacation and Duke's Palace was our favorite. Everything was handled very professionally. The front desk team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our clerk walked us to our room which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide range of food items to choose from.

We received a room upgrade (which was nice) and were placed in the new wing - we had hoped/expected a room in the castle itself. Layout of the hotel is somewhat inconvenient - access to/from the spa/sauna is through main conference area; my wife was interested in the spa but this is open only on limited days. We also had to pay 20 Euros each to use the sauna, which isn't compatible with a 5-star hotel. Everything else was great.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location of the absolutely charming town of Bruges. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden, great location and easy walk to major attractions.

Excellent property! Staff was wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had.

The property was gorgeous and right in the middle of the city. Easy access to all of the sites and shopping. The staff was attentive and friendly and eager to help!

Close to the market place but quite because it’s a few blocks away in a quiet street. Will come back again
