"Pésimo trato de Miriam"

Es cómodo ya me había hospedado antes

La atención de Miriam en recepción No tiene la capacidad de estar en ese puesto Hizo esperarme por más 2 horas y media después para darme mi habitación muy desposta con su atención el check in es a las 3 de la tarde y casi a las 6 de la tarde me asignaron habitación Otro punto a comentar me dijo que no había ninguna reservación a mi nombre y que le mostrara mi app del banco para ella checar Qi si había pagado se estuvo burlando de mi todo el tiempo , y asignándome una habitación más barata de la que había pagado y que no era su problema de ella haberme echo esperar casi 3 horas después del check in hasta que yo hablé con su encargada para exponerle la mala atención que me estaba dando esta Miriam

Las instalaciones ya son de mucho tiempo y se nota descuido en el mantenimiento, en mi habitación la ventana no cerraba

"Baja Calidad - Precio"

La propiedad es muy bonita, la insonorización es adecuada, las camas confortables, el baño tiene su privacidad con respecto a la habitación, el personal es muy amable, botellas de agua gratis todos los días, el personal de limpieza es eficiente.

Cobran por el parqueo, no ofrecen desayuno, el precio es elevado comparado con otros hoteles de la zona, no hay estación de café en la habitación, la ducha no servía, los tomacorrientes no servían.

"Precio muy alto para el servicio que ofrecen."

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, tiene piscina, gimnasio, buena insonorización, las camas limpias, los baños muy bien.

Existe parqueo en las instalaciones y te cobran por ello, el precio es alto en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona y no incluyen desayunos, los tomacorrientes no sirven.
