"Muy cómodo el cuarto. Siento que como Turista Mexicano, no recibí el mismo trato que los turistas internacionales."

Muy cómoda la habitación. El señor que nos ayudó con el equipaje fue muy amable.

El trato que nos dio uno de los meseros del restaurante no fue el mejor. Traía su mala cara por que pedimos un café en la noche. Creo que como turistas Mexicanos, merecemos el mismo trato que los extranjeros.

While the hotel itself is pleasant, the location is not convenient for accessing the main attractions. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful in providing recommendations. I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations.

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, el hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cómodo

El estacionamiento es muy reducido para el número de huéspedes que pueden tener, nos cobraron estacionamiento de los dos vehículos que llevamos y pensé que eso ya lo incluía la reserva, pero además de que pagamos estacionamiento no había lugar para estacionar los carros, era muy limitado y con riesgo a qué al salir otro carro pudieran hacer daños
