Fantastic location

The place is very tired and badly needs an update. The restaurant is very ordinary. The carpark is very squeezy and difficult to negotiate and yet you have to pay an additional $19 per night to use it!

The lay out of the room, I liked having carpet rather than tiles, very roomy

fridge door didn;t shut properly, there was no tea towel for dishes only dishwasher, bu these were so minor , too minor to worry about

Good location, good staff and good eateries nearby

Staff were responsive when we had issues with our toilet and offered a room upgrade

That the toilet was leaking after each flush, changed rooms to have the fridge door not close properly and cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom Pillows were hard and lumpy

Not much after the process for booking in was 1.45hrs waiting time 2pm check-in was clearly a joke On observation of the cleaning staff,that had not been advised the the up coming youth games were on the date of the booking and early start for room attendants wold have been needed to cope with the following days fully book shedule It started like this approched the customer care reps at counter and was told straight away that there was only one room clean and available to check in After asking why was to room had not been cleaned and more time would be needed to service the room before the 2nd room could be ready....On asking the question regarding why was told due to the youth games that the room in question had a late check out and please be patiant it should not be long Was handed the key to the one available On entry to the room i notice the booked room with balcony was only a standard room without a balcony I then approched thd servicd counter and asked why this was a standed room and not a baloney room in which was payed for on both apt when booked Now this was reachinhg the time of waiting to 1hour 45min Was addvised that waitinv in the room is ok While the sorted other guests and the rooms in question Now reaching the 2hr make again retruned to the service desk in which the perviuos reps were now different empolyees and had to expain the situation all over again WAS TOLD DUE TO THE SITE INSPECTION THAT THE ROOM STILL IS NOT AVAILABLE I QUESTIOND WHY AND WAS TO THE UNIT WAS FR SALE AND A SITE BUYER INSPECTION IS BEING PREFORMED This is unexceptable to book this in at a checkin time of 2 pm On observation the enite guess book ins,the guess es of thd hotel fill the foyer Very bad lied to customer and couldnt preform their duties as a hotel I will not go to this hotel in future From 1 -10.... i give it a -1 for staff and a 1 for the rest

Everything in the room worked, it had very good air conditioning and ceiling fans. The wifi was quick but unsecured. Also the view was very good

You need to sort our who provides tax invoices - venue says they cant for a Booking.com booking but your website says that the venue has to provide
