Residence Inn Columbus Downtown

I really love staying at residence inn Columbus because of the unique style of the building and the customer service was top of the line and their valet team was amazing particularly the night valet Ahmed was incredible for helping us with our bags and getting our phones from the car . i really had a great time staying at the residence inn Columbus location and shout out to valet CHARLIE for his great customer service and giving us directions to one of the best restaurant in the area.

I loved the building. It is a renovated bank. The building was interesting.

The rooms were small, not cleaned, the remote was missing for the TV in the bedroom.

Originally this trip started off bad. We checked in around 9pm December 4th and the front desk employee was both rude and incredibly unhelpful. We have 4 people in my room, and when I asked for 4 keycards he just said "No. Impossible. 2 is fine." I tried to ask him about parking and he just kept directing me to valet parking even though I was asking "is it valet only?" He would not answer. We came back later in the evening after checking in, and LOGAN. My god, LOGAN. SO helpful. He gave us our total of 4 keycards and answered all questions about parking including gym accommodation!! I was originally so mad with how this trip started, but with Logan being so helpful and accommodating he turned it around. Give this man a raise.

I enjoyed my stay here nearly 15 years ago and this time was equally as good. Centrally located in downtown Columbus with shops, restaurants, and theaters nearby. A nice big lobby with bar and great breakfast buffet in the morning. A good sized, comfortable room with kitchen. The hotel is under refurbishment but I did not hear any noise. The only signs were some signs and protective plastic hung in the elevators.

No complaints. Avoid the over priced overnight hotel parking and find a spot on the street. The adjacent meters stop from 10pm - 8am.

We spent a great time at the residence in Columbus downtown location and I want to thank Dereje the valet for his exceptional service.

I stayed for a couple of days in your hotel and the valet service was amazing, specially the valet manager named Zekarias for giving us the best customer service!

Todd is an amazing valet ! He was so friendly and quick to get our cars. Keep up the good work Todd! And I really like the unique style of the building being an old bank building.
