Stayed for a couple of nights and had a great time with my family. Best valet team specially Jaden was so helpful and active with our requests.

I like everything of the hotel. The personal it's nice. I don't like that they no have cleaning personal intead I need to call to front desk.

We had an amazing experience thanks to the wonderful front desk staff, especially Beth. She went above and beyond by preparing snacks for my nursing students and for the two of us professors before our 3:00 a.m. trip. During our entire stay, the team made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Beth’s kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference — we’re so grateful for her and the entire staff’s excellent service!

This hotel is in a really great location, close to everything and super convenient. The rooms are large, very clean, and overall comfortable. The lobby is probably the coolest part of the place; it’s an old bank and they really kept that classic look. It’s gorgeous, though a bit on the dark side. Right now there’s a ton of construction going on, which makes things a little messy and inconvenient. The fitness room isn’t available at the moment, but they give you a temporary pass to a gym down the block, which is nice. Parking is honestly a pain unless you use their valet, which is $40 a night. The problem is, the valet attendant wasn’t around half the time, so I ended up parking around the block myself. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, pretty basic and not what I’d expect from a downtown hotel. On the bright side, the bar in the lobby has a great vibe and is a nice place to hang out. Staff has been friendly and accommodating, and overall I’d definitely come back once all the renovations are done to see how it really turns out. The place has a ton of potential and the location alone makes it worth another try.

Came to Columbus from Cleveland for a Blue Jackets game to celebrate my son’s birthday. Reserved a 2br 2 ba room for a family of 4. Was assigned room 901, which when we walked in was hot (and it’s 56 outside). The heat/ac didn’t work, just running warm air. The room was also gross and pretty rundown like a motel 6 room quality. Called front desk, someone answered and was annoyed at my call asking to change rooms at 3:30pm. They said “I just started my shift so I’m not sure what we can do, can you call back?”. She also let me know their maintenance was gone for the day. Went down to lobby and the Sales Director, can’t remember her name was at front desk and was helpful and friendly. She helped move me to room 701, even offered to help move bags. Now in 701, same run down room, same issue with HVAC, room is hot and run down. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice property, clean, staffed well. Would have appreciated better dining opportunities in the area considering there was a game in town- although that had nothing to do with the property.
