Nice location, friendly staff. Pull out bed had lots of stains on the mattress, pretty gross. Our HVAC was extremely loud and hindered sleep, but not much to do about that in realtime. Hotel met the needs.

The historical structure of the hotel. The entire staff was polite, pleasant, resourceful and treated us like family.

I did not realize at pre paying that I would have extra cost for valet parking. I would have like to be able to know that when looking at the hotel information

Prada is exceptionally great! Best valet ever she was really nice and professional and polite. Valet experience was 10/10 her unique style is tremendously appreciated and she made my husband an I feel welcomed and comfortable. Go Prada we love you here !
