heating unit no working properly in room 144 and room146.

This place is falling apart. I was given room 139, as soon as I opened the door water coming out the room. The entire room was flooded. I have person at front desk, he was totally rude. Didn't want to listen just told me he will send housekeeping he has no more rooms. There was a line of people checking in at the time and only one person at front desk. So I went back to room waited. Housekeeping did not come so I went back to the office and again front desk was rude and took me housekeeping is coming. I tried to explain room needed more than housekeeping but he didnt want to listen. I seen housekeeper in parking lot ask her to come to my room. She did, and the minute she entered she said OMG you need another room. I said I know, please tell the front desk. She did, I was given another room which had a leak in the bathroom. Water on floor in the bathroom leaking all night. Also lock on door is broken, as well as chain. Not safe.

No coffee in the morning. Not even a pot to make my own in the room. I am tired of businesses using the excuse of Covid to reduce services and yet still charge the same amount.

Stayed here for New year's Eve. Only thing good about it was it had free shuttle service to Time's Square.

Travelodge kept my 50 dollar security deposit because i used my debit card do not stay here they are crooksi left the room perfect and i was told i would

Extremely helpful staff.Free tea and coffee at the reception.Nice clean rooms,bed was comfortable, has clean towels.price was very cheap in the area. They have shuttle service to New York with $10 each way.

Very disgusted I do not recommend this place to anyone, the dirty bed linen and towels, the washing hands of the bathroom dirty and with other people's hair, a bad smell in the whole room that I could not sleep and what about the worst mattress

This hotel is closed to New York City. Friendly front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room with great bedding. Location is also very good. Overall it was good. We had amazing night and surely will return. Would recommend it to everyone.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The hotel is in a great location- walking distance to public transportation. Rooms are nice and clean. The shuttle service to NYC was great. Overall my stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing. They were very nice and quick to handle all requests and answer any questions. It would have been nice if they had more creamer options for the coffee. and if they could add more drink/ food options for a quick grab and go in the morning. Other than that i really had no complaints at all. They place and staff were EXCELLENT.
