Amenities need improvements, location sucks!

Was clean with a large comfortable bed and a fridge and microwave. Good room. Unfortunately it was a bit isolated, no eating places nearby so we had to order in. Using the menu in the room - I definitely don't recommend. They take the gratuity they want and the food they delivered left a lot to be desired.

My room was clean but my sheets weren’t change there were so many hair on the sheets which wasn’t mine . I ask front desk to have them changed I cleaner had a attitude and was very rude he gave me the sheets to do it myself.

Rooms are dated, need attention. Staff were very courteous and accomodating to my request. Housekeeping needs more attention in rooms.

If you're not a heavy sleeper I would recommend not coming here, it's directly next to a highway, like the furthest you'll be away is from the highway is 40 feet so you can hear traffic go by all night long, with random people playing loud music at odd hours unless you're a heavy sleeper or plan on drinking heavily, you won't get much sleep at all. Other than that it was nice, only complaint is a leaky faucet

Room clean.The Bed we slept in had bed bugs.My wife and i were bitten severly by the bugs

If you need a clean, spacious, discreet place with professional and respectful staff this is the place you are looking. Room clean and comfortable, the only suggestion would be on the lighting but overall they own all the stars. Their quality and service had never disappointed me.

I'm giving this place five star becuz of the staff and how hard they work to make your experience excellent.we needed to print tickets for a few shows and they were quick to help us with that. Our flight was delayed and they were accommodating telling us they would hold our bags so we can still see NYC on our last day. Rooms was nice clean and comfortable beds.the location is off the highway is still a very quiet stay.they offer breakfast every morning. And there is a NYC Shuttle with $15 round trip. I will definitely recommend this hotel for NYC trip.

the mattresses are very worn, I don't rest well, this is very important and I think they should change them

First time that I use Expedia and maybe the last had a bad experience The picture on the website are not what ur getting the place is dirty the bathtub was slightly slanted just had a bad experience
