Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

We liked the many pools that the resort had which also had in-pool bars. As a family of 4 we enjoyed the bowling alley and the pool tables. For the parents the in house massage parlour was amazing. It was close to the beach and walking distance to many local shops and eateries. 4 free bottles of water per day was nice.

There was no bottled water or filtered water that could be served at the breakfast buffet. Laundry was also expensive at 50 baht per piece when local shops were offering a wash, dry and iron service for 50 baht per kg.

Nice pool, direct access to the beach, good breakfast selection.

Need some renovation

Very good hotel with a lot of amenities. The rooms were spectacular and the property was well maintained. Highly recommended.

Le camere grandi e spaziose, con una bella vista dal balcone; la hall molto bella e accogliente.

Scarsa manutenzione. Camere con mobili rovinati, crepe sui muri e il wc sempre otturato. Piscine totalmente tenute malissimo. Colazione molto varia per il cucinato, mentre poca scelta per il dolce e con un solo tipo di thè caldo. Sicuramente non all'altezza di un 5 stelle.

מיקום מעולה צוות העובדים נחמד מאוד. נקי.

The staff are friendly, the pools are amazing and the cocktails are great. Would be great for younger kids with bowling, pool tables, pools and big lawns. Close to beach as well.

The breakfast could be better. I like seeds and oats but it was fairly standard, the fruit choices were a bit limited.

מלון גדול ומהמם. ממוקם מעולה עם ארוחת בוקר גדולה. חדר גדול ומפנק רק חסר נקודת חשמל צמוד למיטה (יש כמה על השולחן ממול). אני ובת הזוג היינו מאוד מרוצים שישנו פה מספר לילות וחזרנו לפה שוב. צוות חייכן ועוזר כיף להיות סביבם
