Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

Good and big breakfast, nice poeple, no problem at all (1 night tip)

noisy pool activities (trainers were communicating with whistle), pools were really stinky by gasoline. On booking they offered airport shutlle, but they only call you taxi and you pay for it.

The rooms were beautiful. They were very clean very modern. We stayed in the pool access room with the extra lounge room and it was great for our stay. We loved it. The staff could not have been friendly and my kids really loved saluting the security guards every time they came in and out. breakfast was good very good choices. Lots of food always freshly stocked every 5/10 minutes. Facilities were great. Pools were great. Lots of engineering staff making the place look very clean and tidy. Although it has a slightly older look from the outside the hotel was perfect. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

I wish the staff were a bit more empowered to ask guests to control their children at breakfast It’s not really their fault but it would be great to be able to see the staff Ask them politely to stop the kids from touching everything and running around by themselves and making massive mess it’s more the fault of the disrespectful guests and it’s hard to control. If you come stay don’t be those people. Pool had a slight whiff about it every now and then but was always crystal clear not an issue

The rooms are really spacious, pools are good, happy with the buffet breakfast and great location.

No negatives from us!
