La Mada Hotel

Below expectation

The room was cold. The hot and cold shower was not in sync. The shower head was faulty. Too much hot water and no cold and vice versa. The TV was loosely hanged.

Cold or no water in the morning! Breakfast took a very very long time. There was money missing from my bag.😡 Mix up wirh the beverages receipes and I had to pay for it.😡 We stayed here for so many times and we loved it but that time was the last time.......

I just liked the environment. It's located in a very good area. Amazing nature

It's like they are not so keen on accomodation. They don't offer any bathroom slides or sandals. There's no toothpaste and disposable toothbrush. They don't provide any shampoos or shower gel. The hairdryer had cockroaches coming out of it when I turned it on. Honestly very poor facilities.

My overall stay was poor. The internet/WiFi connection in the hotel was not great. I had to change my room with the help of friendly staff. For the price, I thought the infrastructure would be great, but it was not the case. Some parts of the toilet were leaking. The food was great and the breakfast was up to standard.
