"Best hotell in Nairobi"

Underbart hotell which I chose because of its closeness to Karua Forest (perfect running spot). Here you wake up in the morning from the sound of birds singing. Its just a perfect hotell with perfect location.

"Careful credit card fraud"

Please be careful with your credit card.? I was charged 3 times for the same stay. 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund. Do not supply your credit card details to the hotel. I have been a regular customer but I would not book the hotel anymore.?

The toilets must have a hose...not all customers are comfortable with toilet papers
