"Could be a lot better, such a shame"

The room was lovely and the views outstanding

The pool area was disappointing, the sun beds was very dirty and broken , the wooden slats sun beds were so uncomfortable… (need to buy cushions )for the price we paid you can get a lot better, the staff around the pool unhelpful, tried ordering food -half off the menu they didn’t have , coffee machine broken, pool attendant would not help with sun beds …. Then come 3,pm it seemed like all the locals use the pool, couldn’t use the toilet as packed with locals getting changed….. the only hotel in Sri Lanka which didn’t meet our expectations..

Everything , the location, the food, the nice music , beautiful rooms and the monkeys in the morning , very close to the temple
