Galadari Hotel

Facilities and Room Services teams needs to upkeep the amenities and cleanliness in the room. The safe malfunctioned twice, the TV cable and phone cables were loose, the aircon unit broke down and there were cockroaches in the toilet. The sides of the bed frame also had patches. The screws on the headboard were not fully tightened, you can scratch yourself on them. The lift buttons are cracked and rides were not smooth sometimes.

Very well located, even though the Hotel is a little bit dated it is clean and very well maintained. The rooms are large with excellent views and the staff are very good. We use a lot of Hotels on Colombo and this is now our number one choice for good accommodation and value for money.

Location is excellent. However, hotel is quite old now. Pool is not so clean. Most of facilities were closed due to COVID-19. No coffee making facility at the room

The room was not much spacious, but it was very neat, clean and nice. The city view from the room was magnificent ❤️ And their Ala Carte breakfast is it- don't forget to try out their Indian food 🤤
