Over all it’s a great hotel and friendly staff Very accommodating-

Good stay, good service....will visit again. Excellent buffet dinner.

The stay was pleasant and the room and hotel were very clean. Due to Covid situation, the quarantine guidelines were taken very serious and implemented.

food excellent Room was not good. Called in to check the room due to odour noghing was done . I had to go back to the desk ti ask again

A cheap choice, but still it was good. The people were ever friendly and the service was a good match.

Grand old building but maintenance has been poor. Add to this that the staff were slow. Booked a King non-smoking room. Initially given a room with two double beds then moved to a King room but it stunk of smoke. Air conditioning in both rooms was disappointing. Breakfast was good as were the conference facilities. If I'm in Colombo again, I would rather stay elsewhere

I had a very bad time. This was my first bad experience in a 7 star hotel. Really surprised how it was rated 7 star. They really spoiled my holidays with my family. They changed my room due to An AC problem. They shifted me from 10th floor to the 4th floor. I was surprised that every floor had a different service.The Forth floor had very poor service . The hotel didn’t even have an ironing board and iron. This is just one incident. I had to suffer due to the mistakes by the hotel and reception. I kindly ask HOTEL. COM to look into hotels before recommending them . Please look into it as it is always hard earned money of every customers. Thank you

Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeping service needs to be improved especially with the speed of response to requests and clearing of room service trays left outside.

Galadari location is superberb, standing alongside with other top grate hotels in same strach; out of all Galadrai has the full benefit of getting full and interrupted vew over Galleface and Portcity. Most of the amenities walking distance such as One Mall (new – good standard). Our room view was excellent facing Galle face and Port city. Considering hotel location and structure many room benefit from similar view. Property does require some uplift and we have being informed that Radisson group had already taken over and this will be a huge plus for both parties will be hugely benefited
