Galadari Hotel

Location is great. Rooms are so run down the carpets smell,

Buffet style dinner was not Sri Lanka prices and the beer was way over priced. Aircon in the room had that old damp smell like the filter was as old as me (37). Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Location was excellent. I would say it's a little over priced, but it was the location I was after being so close to the station was key.

Terrible. They did not receive the booking from hotels.com. Check-in took well over 1 hour. We were then forced to either go home or book the over the counter rate which was nearly double the price we had already paid to Hotels.com. A refund was refused on the Hotels.com payment. Ended up paying 2x the rate and loosing the cash on the original booking. The hotel, staff and technology being used is ancient and they should not be selling rooms on Hotels.com if their systems are unable to receive the bookings. Please save your money and do not stay here.

It's in most exclusive location. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional with top notch hospitality. The room was beautiful. Availability off all the staff arround guests provide confort, safety and happiness.

Lovely location, good pleasant hotel, dated bedrooms but a nice feel to it. Good choice of eateries.
