Red Lion Inn & Suites Branson

Was pleased with our stay…staff was very friendly and the room was clean and we felt safe! We was really close to things that we could walk the strip

It’s not a bad place but much different than the photos online. Still a pretty decent place to stay.

I booked through hotels.com When I arrived, the hotel was charging me twice as much as my confirmed reservation. After 1.5 hours on the phone and managers yelling at each other, they finally settled on giving me the lower price. Room was horrible! A/C unit had no cover and parts, dust and screws were on the floor. Broken furniture, spills on floor, used towel still hanging on bathroom door, smoke alarm was covered with plastic. Breakfast was horrible! Eggs, sausage, potatoes were cold and non edible. Coffee was watered down. Breezeways were dirty. I never found an ice machine. Horrible property. Would not recommend at all!

The pool area wasn’t very clean. Broken chairs and stuff laying around. But There was Plenty of towels and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff- check in and housekeeping was very courteous

When we got to our room the air conditioning wasn’t working so they sent someone to look at it. While he was there another staff member (I wish I had gotten her name) came with a key to move us to another room. The new room had not been throughly cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the drawers had gunk in them. We were only staying for one night so we didn’t make us fuss. When we got ready to leave and checked under the bed we discovered lots of trash. Breakfast was not good. The area wasn’t service well. They were using reusable plates. They should use disposable plates, bowls, and utensils. We were told they were very understaff by the same lady who moved us to another room and later brought us extra towels in the new room. She was super nice though.

Door would not stay closed. Went to return the key to leave, refused refund. Staff was polite enough, however, the area and room looked like it belonged on the First 48.

The room smelled so bad. Floor had sticky stuff on it. Bathtub had hair all in it. I had to clean before i could use it. The tub drain was horrible i had to clean the drain myself. After in my room for a few hours two workers walked right into our room without knocking.

I booked this property because it had a 8.6 rating. However, the pictures on Expedia were either very old or of a completely different hotel. The room smelled very musty, the outside corridors were dark and wet from things that had leaked. It felt very unsafe. We were told that the pool was closed because it had “rained that morning”. Definitely spend your lodging dollars elsewhere. There are many nicer properties in the same price range.

Old hotel. Needs updating. There was a for sale sign on the back row of rooms. They looked awful. Had people working on cars in the parking lot back there. Carpet had stained spots showing through. Bed was not made neatly. Pillow cases inside out. Will not stay here again.

Mattress was cheap and extremely worn, no coffee in room- slightly dingey, but clean… a little disappointing for a Red Lion, as others have been so nice- I guess they are a low budget option now. It was cheap ish though. Can’t complain too much. Staff was extremely friendly- these are great people.
