Red Lion Inn & Suites Branson

Check in was atrocious. The guy in charge was overwhelmed and acted like a chicken whose head was cut off. The mattress needed to be replaced. There was a deep indentation on one side.

The breakfast was non existent no buttter egg empty had to wait for refill no bacon

Very dated with no towels in the room. Breakfast was poor

Great place to stay and very close to the Branson shows

The breakfast selection was pathetic and extremely limited. The staff was polite and helpful.

Had to problems call front desk and was told someone would be up but no one showed

We ran out of toilet paper and needed wash cloths. Finally received after two requests 5 hours apart. Breakfast peanut butter can was open but empty. Attendant ate his breakfast while we gathered ours. Bath sink faucet leak flooded countertop. Overpriced. Disappointed.

Reservation for 2 day stay. Checked in early. Went to the room, door handle had goo on it, flooring/chairs were stained with sticky goo that others dirt had stuck to, white blanket on bed had HUGE urine stain! The bathroom ceiling drywall was falling in. Immediately went back around to front desk and they refused to give refund!

I had a horrible experience at this hotel this weekend. The lady at the front desk was by herself and swamped to start with and then after checking in and getting to our room we discovered someone was already in that room. So we had to haul our luggage back yo the lobby and get a new room. Upon getting to our new room I discovered it had not been cleaned well and I had a small spider crawl on my arm while sitting on the bed. After returning to the lobby to let them know about the lack of cleanliness the front desk lady sent her husband up to our room to vacuum but mind you it was almost 11pm. Then on Saturday upon returning to our room after being out and about all day our room keys would not work and we couldn't get in to our room. We had to again go back down to the lobby after midnight and get a new key made just to get back in to our room. Then Sunday morning I took a shower before checking out and the tub would not drain and I had to stand in dirty water over my ankles the entire time. The breakfast was only so so and the property itself could have been a lot cleaner. I was completely unsatisfied with the entire stay especially for the price I paid. I am waiting for a call back from the manager and I will be asking for a refund or at the least a partial refund of one of the nights.

The property was dirty. The staff was very unhelpful. Fid not help us with anything. Pool didnt open while we were there. Lack of training for the staff to accommodate the guests.
