Red Lion Inn & Suites Branson

Nothing about this hotel is 3 star. It’s a 2 star at best. Floor of room was dirty. Room was missing the remote control to tv. Back side of property looked a bit unkept.

I had requested a first floor room as I was traveling with a handicap person. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have a room on the first floor and no elevator at the hotel.

very disappointed in the room. No working outside light by door; very dark walking to the room. no elevator seen; had to haul everything up stairs. carpet very stained; very old and dated.tried to leave room and the door would not close completely nor would it lock! Had to leave everything in our unsafe room. We stayed with our daughters family and upon arrival they took a video of 6 roaches crawling around their TV! They complained to the desk clerk and they did not get a refund. We complanined also with no cooperation. Both families had to vacate the 2 rooms around 11:30 at night. We drove 4 hrs home and daughter drove over 3 hrs and found another motel to stay at. We would like a refund of our money but I suggest that you remove them from your hotel recommendation list because the reviews are inflated much more than the actual property reveals!

They booked my room on the wrong date. They would not give me a room even though I had already paid. They didn't even apologize. Completely incompetent staff and management. I recommend that you find another place to stay. I had to even though I paid.

The room was nice and clean. Sadly there was an ironing board but no iron. The internet did not work in our room and the TV picture was not very clear. Fortunately this was only a place to sleep. The staff was outstanding! Unfortunately there is no elevator at this property and I have difficulty with stars.

Had requested bottom floor, no stairs, disability accessible, disability parking. When we arrived after 4 hour drive we were told we are on the second floor stairs only no elevator. I explained I had sent my request with the reservation. They said they had a bus coming in and they had it on their contract to have all lower floors. Their only solution was to toss us out, refund the money leaving us with no where to go!! It cost us $150 More to find a place! The property was beyond dirty and run down it would have felt very unsafe to stay here even if this all didn't happen.

Property was updated and very clean. Missed having a coffee maker in room but overall good.

The staff was friendly, they were very helpful.
