Townhouse Inn & Suites

When I got to the Hotel at 9PM the room was still not ready. Had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get a room. Meanwhile during that time 4 different people came in and rented rooms for 4 hour increments with woman who were obviously not their wives. Finally get into the room and the first thing I have to do is kill a spider who is hanging on the light. 2nd had to kill a roach running across the rug. The Continental Breakfast consisted of bagged muffins and bagged mini donuts that you get from a vending machine. If I could get my money back I would. If there is another hotel in the area stay there even if it is more money.

The staff was so rude. They called me all of sudden at 11 am in the morning and asked me to check out. I requested for sometime and the receptionist was rude that made me feel as if I have asked their whole hotel on my name. They kept mis behaving and used so much wrong and rude language. I would never recommend a descent family or individual to visit this hotel. Totaly crap.

Dirty rooms and overpriced

Common areas were ok- room was large, had microwave and refrigerator but smelled like smoke (gave me smoking room when I requested non-smoking), Bedspread full of burn holes, bathroom dropped ceiling full of mold. Didn't get an overall feeling of clean although sheets looked fresh. Way overpriced at 175.00 for the night - but I was in desperate need of a room and this was all that was available on short notice.

Room Decor, Bed Comfort, awful Towels and face cloths and soap chips made this the worst hotel stay i’ve Ever paid way too much money for. This is really a slum Motel.

Very uncomfortable and unsatisfied. From the moment I arrived on to the property (area gated in), to when I entered the lobby (service attendants behind glass wall with slit for you to pay through), walked my bags up stairs. Very outdated - rooms smelled of mold and what-have-you. No accessories at all (no hairdryer, trial sizes). No flash whatsoever. Could not wait to depart.

Everything was fine. Very Friendly host on everything.

Bulletproof glass at check-in was a turn-off, Hotel smelled bad, I had to open the window.

I stayed for a night with 2 male friends. Below are the pros and cons. Pros: Close to Paterson Manager was accommodating with extra mattress for my friend Mini fridge in room No additional charge for parking Cons: Had to pay an extra $20 for a late checkout Very limited breakfast hours (7:30-9:30) Only had 1 rollaway bed/cot on premises Dirty towels Hard beds Very little shower head water pressure Entire building very dated Hotel rents rooms for 3 hours meaning a lot of hooker / john activities (I saw 2 of those checkins) Overall: would not stay again

Nice and decent. Over-priced I believe.
