Paid 150 for cheap motel, smells, stink, the name is fancy but it is low class motel
Worst hotel I have seen around. Went on a family trip and every hotel around the area was sold out so it was the only one around. But as soon as I arrived I didnât not feel safe so I ask for a refund because I wasnât going to stay there. I had my kids and the first thing as soon as I walk in was they had people smoking in the lobby area a lady outside with a purple eye and the front desk guy was mad because I walked in with my 2 kids. Thankfully I was able to get my money back and ended up sleeping inside the car.
Old bed covers, carpet old and discolored, nice tv, refrig, microwave. Room needed fresh air or scents.
The only thing worse then this hotel was probably the way Hotels.com handled my issue with this hotel. As soon as you walk in your greeted by two men that just stare at you and have an attitude about anything you ask them then they knock of your door mad aggressive, I would only compare this place to spirit the airline
The men were all friendly and accommodating, yet the young woman was rude and arrogant and tried to get me to pay 25% more than the listed price on Hotels.com. The only time I needed assistance from the front desk, I waited and waited until I just left, and het in the parking lot talking to her boyfriend. Iâll go back. I canât imagine her bring a âkeeperâ.
Shabby room. Window was left open in 3r4-degree weather. Clocks did not work. Rug appeared not to have been vaccumed in days.
Breakfast in the morning was okay. Just wish I didnât have a smoking room. Changed to non smoking tho.
This is the most disgusting help stay ever for me. This place is a dirty motel, not suites. So the name itself is wrong. The room ceiling leaked all night in the middle of noreaster storm. Front desk said I should be fine so long as the water is not on my bed. There is no attempt for relocating me to another room. I spent 185$ for a night , the room is not more worth than a motel 6. I have video proof of my experience. I had to choose this place because there was no hotels available to storms. Once I booked, it turns out there is no practical way to reach the hotel - Taxis , uber were not available, I pleased with Hotels.com and the hotel , both refused to help. I reached the place early in the morning, for few hours of a horrific stay.
