"Very Good"

The interior of the room was very nice. Newly remodeled, fresh paint, fixtures. The beds were comfortable and we could see the green forest across the river from our room.

While the room itself was very nice, the stairwells and walkway to the rooms were filthy - very dirty and in much need of vacuuming/cleaning/fresh paint and carpet on the steps. Landscaping could use some upkeep. When we initially checked in, the attendant at the desk was surly, unfriendly, and acted like he was being put out to wait on us. Also, a very strong kitchen odor in the lobby was not pleasant.
