Hotel Greenpark

Room can be more bigger and comfortable..we have been given the corner room where renovation work was going on , so there where lot of noise and disturbance.

Everything from the greeting upon arrival to check-in and all the way to the check-out process and everything in between was done real professionally and with a smile. I had a fall on the street and needed some medical help and they promptly responded and made sure I was okay. The property does not look like it is 45 years or so old. It is exceptionally well-maintained. Housekeeping staff were very diligent and did a remarkable job of keeping the room clean and spotless. The reception staff was always willing to help. The F&B team was attentive and did a fantastic job at breakfast even when busy. The security team handled my medical issue with utmost care and concern. The guards were always attentive, willing to help and polite. The teams working the foreground and who we interacted with likely had solid support from the back office as the hotel was run like a well-oiled machine. There are many places to eat in the area. The metro station is also walking distance. The rooftop pool is located in the sister property, Marigold Hotel, which is connected to Greenpark (about a one minute walk). The pool had nice views, but unfortunately, was too cold for swimming.

The internet in the area had an issue one day and the hotel was willing to even provide us with a dongle so we could stay connected. They made up for the lack of connectivity for a few hours in other ways. That is a wonderful example of customer service! They kept us updated on the issue throughout.
