Stay was comfortable. The staff at the hotel were courteous and well behaved. Service at the Restaurant was good and specifically to mention one Gita Maity at the buffet restaurant was very attentive and showed warmth to my kids. Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I would recommend the Greenpark Hotel to my circle.

Food taste and variety can be improved at the breakfast buffet restaurant.

Very friendly staff in the restaurant and front reception. Check in process very smooth and breakfast spread was very good (primarily indian). Very nice bathrooms with soaps and toiletries.

Some of the furniture and facilities felt a bit dated. Some of the carpets in lobbies, sofas and floors in rooms were slightly stained/ scuffed.

Clean, well staffed.

My information was leaked and leading up to stay i was receiving scam msgs with links to make payments or give my details. Hotel didn’t acknowledge this. Shower missing door. Tv restricted to airtel, netflix capability was there but not made available
