Room service only offering tea and fruits No proper meals

This was my second stay at Hotel Realm, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. The rooms are lovely, the hotel staff are always so helpful, and the location is incredibly convenient. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Canberra, but none have compared — especially for the price. I’ve found some other hotels to be more expensive, but not nearly as good!

Noise from the restaurant was too loud during late night

The Hotel was closed to the places we want to go. The restaurant was really good. The room was really good, it's clean, we liked the style, the veranda is good, but the bed is not really comfy, my husband was complaining he didn't sleep well because he got a back pain lying on the bed. Sorry just being honest.

I don't know how you can improve the bed situation.

I have stayed at Realm several times and always find it comfortable. This occasion though seems to have raised the bar again. The checkin staff, Bibi and his offsider were exceptional. They made us feel welcome and were most helpful to us on checkin. Very professional and perfect hospitality. Great job Bibi! We noticed all the staff the whole time were warm and friendly, with the uniforms impeccable. Our room was excellent. The beds here are soft and comfortable. Everything was terrific in the room. Only suggestion I would make is to store a spare blanket in the room as it got a bit cool and we had trouble working the heater/cooler. Did not seem responsive to temperature controls. Luckily it was not your typical freezing cold Canberra night, so was bearable. We had the buffet breakfast and noticed some vast improvements here. Probably the best buffet breakfast we have encountered. It had everything we could wish for and was fresh, with friendly staff. We also used the gym at nearby Brassey (as we went early), which was seamless and a great gym. Overall, the hotel was first class and seems to keep getting better each time. Thankyou!
