Great for business or pleasure, single or in a couple. Staff are very attentive and helpful and the location is great. It’s clean and modern and most importantly, comfortable.

My suite for disabled guests was large & roomy with big spaces for a wheelchair to be turned almost anywhere. The bathroom designed for disabled in a wheelchair was excellent. Something I’d like housekeepers to realize is that the direction of the duvets are always placed the wrong way round. The longest length should be placed horizontally across the super long beds and the shorter part placed from top to bottom - a common but tiresome practice in many hotels. The way they keep doing it has the Doona super long & dragging on the floor at the foot end but barely wide enough across the bed. Rest of my thoughts on linen arrangement on bed will write in next section about what I didn’t like about the property.

What I don’t like - continuing about bedding - is the reasonably recent trend in hotels to have one flat sheet above the quilted Doona & one flat sheet below it, rather than the past idea of an envelope cover that is joined on all sides with a zipped or button opening at the foot end. The new trend means the sheets & Doona get all tangled up when sleeping & do not stay wrapped around the doona. Also, one small thing to remember, leave the glasses one shelf lower in the kitchenette so wheelchair guests can reach them. It is too tight at feet if sheets & Doona are kept tucked in.
