Location and Lake Access

Don’t know why they charge a resort fee. There was no ice machine. It’s a rough walk to the lake and there were no chairs to sit on

Great location. Plenty of open space. Beach access was great. View was great

The property was run down versus last year showing a lot more wear and tear. Not quite as clean either. Decks needed repair and paint and chairs would have been appreciated.

I have many complaints about other hotels. Some of the same complaints at every hotel. This hotel succeeds in every one of those other areas. They have only convenient showers. They don’t place objects where my elbow can hit them in the shower. They make it easy to leave a tip for housekeeping; this tells me that the management cares about their staff. I can’t leave a tip easily at any other hotel. The only thing they could use more of in these rooms is coat hooks. Also, the bedside tables have plenty of places to plug things in. I’m looking forward to my next stay here.

Nice lobby, large room.

Digusting front desk staff. Less that minimum continental breakfast. No hot water, no tea. Just coffe and a few cookies. Yestedady we had some fruits and cornflex. Today, we have been thats it. Its changing every day from less to least...

Room was arranged awkwardly. Employees were not always welcoming. No sheers on the window.little shelf/counter space in bathroom. AC was on full blast at arrival. Was too cold upon arrival. Prior guest name on television and restaraunt check.
