The location was great. The hotel was expensive for what you got.

There was no mirror in the room, the windows were small, and the bathroom smelled funny. Also, there was no cold water, just tepid funny smelling tap water.

Had a lovely stay in the hotel. Staff were helpful. Entrance lobby very nice for lounging around it and the private beach and jetties were lovely to have morning coffee on. We enjoyed the hotel “pub” where the staff were friendly. We didn’t try and hotel breakfasts and ate out every day we were there.

Holiday with friends in New England. Hotel is in a great location as Wolfboro is an excellent spot to explore the area and has several good bars and restaurants. Hotel is good and would recommend overall although the rooms and public areas of the hotel are looking a bit dated and could be improved with modest investment.
