What a beautiful hotel! A very friendly welcome and friendly helpful staff. Very generously sized, immaculately clean rooms with comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection for all tastes. Easy to find alternative restaurants should you wish to. The pool was incredible and the bar was beautiful and filled with attentive staff.

Beautiful hotel overall with very friendly staff. Great lunch and dinner offering. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Housekeeping could improve. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and full of ants. We also sent some clothes for laundry and it came back stained.

It has a lot of greenery and it’s always clean. Kids enjoyed the tree house and butterfly garden . Food was very good.

A most beautifully located hotel. The gardens and grounds are truly wonderful. Rooms fantastic. Efficient wi fi and air con. Comfortable bed. Incredibly lovely large swimming pool. Great buffets! Breakfasts and dinners. Helpful and charming staff.

With such luxury comes high prices. The services like excursions and Spa treatments and also onward transfers were certainly overpriced. We found a safari outside of the hotel for half the price and the same with a massage and onward transport. But cannot fault the hotel ,rooms and staff.
