Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale

We stayed in room 132- I did not take a shower because the bathtub was rusty. That tub should be change. Thank you.

The location was the only positive about this hotel.

The rooms are outdated and very dirty. The first clue was the sign on the front door.”we don’t rent to locals.”The staff is rude. The first morning we went out the door to find dirty underwear and a towel in the hallway across from our room. I went to the desk the manager told me she already knew about it and only got it taken care of after several complaints. There was an employee that lives on site that was involved watching children at the pool. When the clerk at the front desk was asked to call the police she refused and said she would call his wife. This was witnessed by several guests. Several guests left that same evening and a few checking in refused to stay and also left after this took place. The local police department is investigating this incident with multiple witnesses available. This is an absolute dump. Don’t let the reviews fool you. Run the other way.

Mold in shower, dirty room

Breakfast was good, but the number of items were limited. The breakfast area didn't seem large enough at the time we visited, but fortunately there was an overflow area. It would have been better if there were more food choices. The motel is conveniently located to other things in which we had interest.

Some areas were a bit worn and dated. It would have been great if the pool had been indoors or heated because it was not yet warm enough to use it.

The room was located within a group of other guests that maintained a high level of noise outside their rooms and the noise traveled especially loud with the space between the floor and bottom of the door being unusually large. It felt like guests were actually in the room.

It was close to Sight and Sound Theater. The lady that checked me in was fabulous!

It was older and not worth the price. Breakfast was a joke and there was nowhere to sit because it was such a small area. You can’t do that when you have buses!

Its location to the concert venue we were in Lancaster for.

Slightly old, definitely could hear everything around us.
