Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Stevens Point by IHG

Good place. Good breakfast. Staff was accommodating.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. We had to quickly leave 3 days early and they let my daughter get in the room to remove all our belongings. They were very helpful on getting our 3 days .only back. My partner went into Cardiac arrest in Wausau so I could stay with my son.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit family in Stevens Point. The room is clean and the beds are comfy.

Somehow, we ended up with a handicap room and it was very odd. There was no door between the bedroom/bathroom and the TV room/suite. The TV was not working. Had to call for help. The blinds were not working correctly. The fold out couch was horrible. The king bed was OK. The tub is extremely slippery and needs traction strips. For what we got, it was extremely expensive. The continental breakfast was very good.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk attendant was very friendly.

Our air conditioner must have been plugged because it smelled like sewer in our room. We had to turn it off. My family stayed near the breakfast area and the staff were banging pots and talking very loudly right outside their room. They didn’t expect to be awoken at 5:00 am.

Great all-around hotel, especially the staff. Wisconsin nice.

The Staff was very accommodating, and Friendly

We booked a room with 2 double beds. There were 3 of us. I am assuming this is a room for 4. There were only 2 pods to make coffee I had to return to front desk to get more. Then after returning to the room I realized there were only 2 coffee cups...another trip to the main desk. There was no information in the room on area nicer dining establishments.

Very friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Very spacious rooms.
