"Top notch bar service"

The bartender Ms. Susy was amazing and was great made our drinks and even closed our tab past her clock out time. Between the great martini and the long island ice tea she definitely understands cocktails and deserves many praises.

Ordered a cheeseburger from the bar. Which was very good. The best part was the great service I received from Susy, who was the bartender. She was very tentative, making sure my experience was good and my order was perfect.

"I could not wait to check out...."

I was extremely underwhelmed. The lobby was being renovated; however, the rooms NEEDED to be renovated. The rooms were dark. The carpet was ripped. The bathrooms were REALLY old. There was mold on the actual shower knob! The stone shower floor was extremely slippery. I stayed on the 6th floor and the wallpaper was falling off the walls in the hallways. There's a lot of options near the airport.... just go somewhere else. This is not what one would expect from a Doubletree.

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE all thanks to Sandy the Server, she saved my day! My day would have been in shambles if it wasn’t for her. She gave amazing service and helped return to me something I dropped so thank you so so so much sandy! If you go anywhere and do anything make sure you come see sandy the server.

"Huge turn around!"

I’m very honest so I’m going to be honest! Not to get anyone in trouble but for training purposes. Front desk never smiled and seemed like they hated their jobs. We accidentally went across the street by mistake and they were all smiling and we said we were going to go there next time because they were absolutely amazing to us and drove us to the right location. Next morning we went to eat breakfast and let me tell you!!! We will be back because of Ms. Jackie and Ms. Sandy! They treat us so amazing. Ms. Jackie was our waitress and Ms. Sandy was just so nice and friendly. These two women are the definition of customer service! Thank you so much for treating us like family.
