DoubleTree by Hilton North Charleston - Convention Center

Hesitated to book because of past negative experience years ago, remember why now. Upon arrival as soon as walk in floors were so loud from being sticky, you know sound. I could see my shoe prints in the tile that was how dirty it was. Took a wet towel to it because was disgusting, so much dirt. Do better Doubletree...cleanliness should be #1! Room is odd layout and not much Deluxe in the deluxe rooms.

Sheba got us a room and let us check in early when my flight was cancelled. She was pleasant and helpful! The room was very clean and the beds were fluffy and super comfortable.

Accommodations were excellent! Suzie and Allison, our bartenders, went so far above and beyond, it's hard to put in words! They were both lovely and gave the best recommendations of places to eat and things to do during our brief stay. They both make top notch martinis and were simply lovely inside and out! Give those gals a bonus and a raise😊♥️

I visited this hotel with my family. We all were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the workers. LAVERNE was very polite and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Please recognize her as she is an asset to your company. She did not have to go above and beyond to be polite and make sure we were taken care of, however she did, and she did it with a smile. Thanks Laverne! Great hotel, great staff. 5 stars!

Really nice hotel in close proximity to the airport

The staff were great, and room was very clean. We kept getting awakened at from loud banging against doors in the hallway both night. Once at 3am and the next night at 1:30.

The hotel was clean, the onsite restaurant was nice for breakfast and Sheba and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!

We have a really good experience, the host Sleba was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean, comfortable and the location was very convenient for what we need to do at that time! Also Don't forget to ask about the cookies that they baked , the best I've ever tasted!
