Pleasant staff and check in was easy. Location is cllse to the interstate which made everything quick and accessible. About 8 miles from donwtown activites

Cool Hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Sheba always greeted us with a smile whenever we returned to the hotel after our day’s activities.

Room was comfortable but a bit dated.

Service was terrible. We were headed out for the day and asked if they could make up our room. Came back that evening and not only did they not make up our room but they locked us out. We had to go to the desk and get our keys redone. No apology. Once in our room I noticed we needed towels and coffee supplies for the next morning. Went back to the desk to ask for these items. They sent maintenance up with them but again no apology. Will not be staying at tis location again. The service was lacking.

The shower only put out steaming hot water

I was at double tree and my bed was very hard and desk clerk said to me after me asking do they have another room with a different bed said no so the night I stayed in a lot of pain because I have a medical condition chronic arthritis on my spine. So the next morning I called again to ask them if they had another bed I can be changed to an again they said no. I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I had an emergency and left urgently before check out time. They wouldn’t refund my money back nor give me any credit for my one night stay as a member of Hilton and an owner through Bluegreen that brought out Hilton. I’m furious because nobody can show me in black and white their policy that says I forfeit my money for medical reasons if I leave the hotel. Expedia Double Tree and Hilton has failed me. I will make sure in ratings that everyone is warned because this bad business for anyone being so far from home. Nobody has tried accommodate me yet and on top of keeping my money they rerented my room out making double for the room. This was the worst experience of my life

Satria and Shá was awesome. Extremely helpful and delightful to be around. The breakfast is amazing and the hostesses sure put a smile on your face. Great experience.
