DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bentonville

I ordered a handicap accessible room. Hilton seems to think that means simply installing one inaccessible grab barinthe bathtub. My companion was unable to shower because it was too dangerous to get out of the tub. The room was freezing. While the outside temps were in the 60’s, the hotel had the AC on throughout and it was impossible to turn it off. We wore sweaters and sat under the covers. The beds and breakfast were very nice and the staff at registry and in dining room were lovely. The hotel is on a busy thoroughfare, no walking possible, but it was an easy drive into town and to a great near-by Mexican restaurant.

Easy check in and room service till 10 pm. The chicken noodle soup was really good and home made.

Very clean property; quiet and great staff. The in-house restaurant was a surprise, Normally we avoid those like the plague, but took a chance and weren’t disappointed. Super service, and tons of food. Had we known that their quesadilla was a whopper, we would have settled for that and a salad. As it was one of us also had the salad and soup combo for $10; what a deal. Who would have thought you get a first-rate albondigas soup (soup of the day) at a venue like this. Only downer was the ripped carpet in our room.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt so compelled to leave one after our recent stay at the Doubletree in Bentonville. We utilized the shuttle service which was absolutely flawless. Amy drove myself and my son to the Amazeum. The van was clean and it accommodated my son's car seat with ease. Amy was so kind and assisted me with my toddler and the car seat. We also accidently left my son's favorite stuffed animal in the hotel room. Upon reaching out, I was swiftly contacted by hotel staff and the stuffed animal was mailed to me. I felt the staff went above and beyond during our stay and wanted to make sure a kudos was given.

Great place

Good location and short drive to the airport and Bentonville. Hotel needs some updating though and our bathroom shower needed a deep clean.
