Staff and hotel are exceptional. Gorgeous interior and clean, spacious rooms. My only complaint is requesting and paying for late checkout, but it was not entered in the system. However, the staff did share that a refund of the late checkout payment would be refunded due to not needing it after all. Upon check-in, you are greeted and treated with constant warmth - and provided a cookie and water. Very glad they offered a gluten-free option. I would very much like to stay here again.

This was not about double tree.This is about you expedia .... you promised us two double beds. When we got there, they did not have two double beds.They only had a king. They were then just going to give us a rollaway bed. I am not gonna pay those kind of prices. When you expedia, you promised us to double beds. Doubletree canceled our reservations, and we booked at springdale where we did receive two double beds.

"Bizarre"

They put me on the fifth floor, the executive floor apparently, because I’m a Hilton Honors member. There is a room called the executive room, with couches and tables and a television set, and something they call the “pantry.“. But it’s empty. Nothing happens there at all. There seems to be no advantage whatsoever to being on the executive floor, except that I need to use my card to push the button in the elevator to get up to the fifth floor.What’s the point?
