ארוחת הבוקר בינונית, הנסיעה לסורנטו פחות נעימה, השטלים שלהם עוזרים מאוד להתמודד.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The beach club is awesome. The waiters are super attentive and the vibe is immaculate. We had an amazing massage also whilst we were there. The food was great and even when we had an issue, Walter the manager was there to ensure that everything was rectified immediately. Highly recommend.

Il prezzo non vale il valore e nemmeno sono 5 stelle.

Everywhere was very gorgeous, the staff at the desk very friendly but not as helpful as they could have been, the waiting staff were very friendly but keen to overcharge and up sell, often not disclosing the more expensive options then adding them to the bill later. Average cost of a alcoholic drink is €20, it is very overpriced & the service does not warrant the extra spend! I would only stay one night max, unless you want to keep being robbed.

Aesthetically beautiful & th beds were very comfortable.

Very poorly maintained, old, rusty, broken furniture, not clean at all, housekeeping hygiene measures are not meeting the minimum requirements, there is hair on the bed when we checked-in, there is dirt on the bathroom, shower and all corners. The worst of all you can easily see insects inside the room as a result of poor hygiene. The duty manager makes unacceptable excuses each time you bring it to his attention. There is a serious action that must be done to save this place.

very nice and relax resort only the pad thing it is far and no taxi accept take you their because the hill road down to the resort . it is good if you have no plan to go out .

the road to get down to the resort it is very difficult very danger . shuttle bus not available after 10:30 pm .
