nothing absolutely nothing not a single thing

bsolute disaster nothing like the photos. old, scratched, floors and walls dirty and scratched looked like a 2 star hotel. no gym although there’s photos of one it doesn’t exist. “adult only” but there were kids. arrived at night left the next morning did not get a refund for cancelling 5 nights for two rooms absolutely not worth the money. room service only available until evening not at night. was starving all night. two tiny water bottles in the minibar that’s it a complete disaster. pillows hard like stone.
